Established in 1999 by entrepreneurial Chairman Mark Harris, AMC New Homes has grown from a fledgling business with a £500 'Float' through to Bromley's largest independent housing developer with a turnover of £15 million this year alone with a land bank of £42 Million. Much of the success of the company must come down to Mark Harris himself who has translated his belief that a home should be much more than just a shelter into a thriving concern that appeals to potential home owners who refuse to compromise.

Building up to one hundred homes at any one time, providing a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartment residences, AMC New Homes is always considerate to the local environment so that its developments blend in perfectly with their surroundings. With 2007 came the birth of sister company St Marks Bromley Ltd who will specialise in 'Tailored Executive Homes' from £3 Million to £6 Million bringing yet more diversity to the AMC Group.
